1. Check‑in / Check‑out
– Check‑in: 1:00 pm; Check‑out: 11:00 am.
– Early check‑in and late check‑out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Reservations & Cancellations
– A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.
– Cancellations within 12 hours of arrival may be charged a fee equal to one night’s rate.
– Promotional rates have specific booking and cancellation policies; please review them at the time of booking.

3. Payment
– All charges (room, taxes, incidental fees) are due at check‑out.
– We accept major credit cards and may place a pre‑authorization hold for incidentals.

4. Damages & Incidental Charges
– Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property or missing items.
– Incidental charges (e.g., room service) will be billed to the room and settled at check‑out.

5. Pets
– Pets are not permitted, except for service animals as required by law.

6. Noise & Disturbance
– Please respect other guests by maintaining reasonable noise levels, especially during quiet hours.

7. Privacy & Data
– Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available upon request.

8. Safety & Security
– Any threatening or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. The safety of guests and staff is our top priority.

9. Facilities & Amenities
– Operating hours for specific facilities are posted at the front desk.

10. Liability
– Expo Residency INN is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings. Use the in‑room safe for valuables.

11. Modifications
– We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
